My thoughts, too. By the time the momo crowd comes in, due to a major development, large positions for cheap, will be impossible, and given how quick this should go upon on the first substantial news, it's today's patient buyer who will really reap the greater reward.
I've long tried to determine whether playing strictly momo, as opposed to buying in on bottom plays, is truly more profitable, and quite honestly, I just don't think they are.
I prefer to load up and wait. When the day comes, I make $20K, $30K, $50K+.
Not sure if a dozen momo plays, collectively, can pay off like that, considering ya gotta constantly monitor for momo plays, and they can turn in a heartbeat, when ya do find a good one.
