its obvious that when you file asuit in which 99% defendants are not responsible for certs then the motive must be entirely diff than the obvious public perceptions

Why do you say that? What was obvious to me was that Megas didn't even know that it wasn't possible for anyone holding stock in street name to have certs. And it certainly wasn't possible for them ever to have had "Pino certs", because Megas himself got 'em back, which he most certainly did know.
