I will never criticize anyone for having invested in those two parameters. :-) That said man 'o man you have some mixed emotions here. For one calling yourself a sucker maybe premature. Have you thought most can't buy today because they are simply tapped out and it's the sell in May and go away time of year happening? Perhaps you just sewed up this filled order at the LOW OF THE YEAR it is difficult to say.

Forgive me perhaps I'm overtired , I don't see the validity in your reasoning can you better explain: "Two reasons: Yaacov is in Israel and Yaacov is an Israeli. Enough said. Those two reasons are why I have risked a HUGE stake in this company.
What you don't see is any continuity on the info preceeding the US visit namely a new exchange listing and disclosure of financials. If history is any past experience that will all get plowed under in some new project but you seem to feel different. I welcome your explanation as to why you find your reasoning so compelling Woody I am looking for the proof in the pudding , namely ...CONTRACTS signed sealed and delivered!
You on the other hand sound convinced we have turned a corner. Careful don't get drunk on the koolaid yes it sounds promising so have many other PR's. Is it Independence Day and patriotism that has influenced your emotions here perhaps. What has you so steadfastly convinced Yaacov has closed on a deal or he will follow through on promised disclosure and new listing please.
