Miller - Management with control of the majority of stock have control.

In as much, they can cancel, rescind, and remove the preferred
shares if they so desire. IMO

ST, sorry buddy but I don't whine about much, if anything...you sir calling me a whinner is what I conclude to be just that whinning. In the long run ST us new shareholders will survive and you might get pulled along for the ride...underservingly I may add.

So you guys don't like my opinion on preferred so you delete my posts?

I think I am entitled to write what I wish about preferred shares. I think old management scamed shareholders...this is evident because they never followed through on one thing I can verify.

I think preferred should be canceled...this is my opinion.
