As I wrote in message#40078, the math regarding the present O/S & float under pink sheets looks really simple if you exclude any bay back. So, it looks like the company dumped into the float some 900M shares (shortly after the name change, I guess).
I hope there is no misleading information posted on the Town Hall, because if there is, and SEC is monitoring that board, there may be consequences about misleading shareholders.
I am not selling on emotion until this whole thing clears up. Hope it does really soon. GLTA!
