No one ever proves innocence in a court case. The best one can ever do is counter allegations w/ why he should not be found guilty.

this case was crafted carefully to allow shareholders to prove their innocence..the plaintiff's claim was specific about handling certs, and "proof" simply required a demonstration of how the shares were acquired...

as you say? there is never any "proof" in anything except maybe mathematics...

as for the assumed NOBO list? that is an assumption only...
clearinghouses are not shareholders, hence do not belong on NOBO lists.. and they are on the defendants list
