Well not sure it is all negative for ACMG ... they could be a driveby like the other legit company Pennypusher mentioned and just picked up a bad shell.
The other scam companies associated with SA and Natie Rogers apparently have filings in various places with common addresses and most on the Canadian side were out of Toronto I believe, not Quebec. So far have not found any ACMG link like that but does not mean it isn't there.
