Thats why I just did a response with no info, when everyone was on here calling me a basher. I knew I would have my day when the koolaid drinkers finally woke up to what is happening.
The legal principle that one can't have a legal buy and a forged cert at the same time has never been proven. The judge won't give any of this supposed evidence one look.
It isas if many believe that if they've ever spent a real 20 dollar bill that that's ironclad proof they never forged one.
How many times have you heard the rule you can't prove a negative. Neither Brokerage statements, tax returns or trade confirmations violate that rule.
