The only reason I doubt this being our SIAM is that I do not see where they actually do any investing. If a connection can be drawn there then I'd be certain that this is who SIAM is. When you look at the member list, with companies like Tata Motors, it makes sense that they would be interested in Alcars products but would they band together and still call themselves SIAM?
