If you own the stock why would you sound so negative...you'd think any normal person who has $$ in a stock would want it to go up.

geeps, Cat was right. People who own a stock generally want it to go up. Being extremely negative on something you own is either dishonest (you don't really own it), or self defeating (You really want it to go down). Either one is a sad commentary.
