The cash flow issue reflects a new management team coming in, and setting up to run the company. They wouldn't have paid a single bill until the Doc signs the final agreement. It's the way bidness is done you know.

And I strongly understand your disagreement sir, and I DON'T believe Mr. iseen too and I read all his posts in ACMG and FPPL. Am just saying that he some how knew about the PR's time and that was against SEC's Rule 10b5-1.(call me crazy, but I think there were a PR but it was pulled back for some reason)
