I don’t want to make this a regular board feature because I find that it’s hard just to get people to keep the existing calendar current. However, you can accomplish the desired sorting on your own with a modicum of work and any word processor.

First, convert all time entries in the calendar to a specific date including at least the month and year: e.g., “3Q07” should be changed to “August 2007” (or July or September, at your discretion).

Next, make sure that each time entry resides in a separate text paragraph.

Finally, sort of all of paragraphs in your word processor with the date as the sorting key.

That’s it!
