I do not deny that those shares targetted for acquisition purposes have been severely devalued in the short run. However, and M&A deal structure can account for this by setting up a min pps worth at the time the restricted shares come out of lockup.

That said, I have also stated in the past that I think the reason the Forex dealer-broker acquistion effort slowed and they are now talking about getting qualified organically by doing it themselves with the right hires, is because the pps did not reach their expected target levels to give them pricing leverage in the acquisition effort.

Dolphy, same here, bought at 9s, 7s, 6s. Would like to get some 5s and 4s, if that's possible in this week. if you want to go along with me, get these cheapies when you can. Accumulate and you will be happy that you did. You can sell some when it reaches some trigger points. What we dont know here, is about BRGE MM. He has been selling all the way from 001 to here 0005. So, on an average of 100 mil a day, let's say he sold some 500 mil this week, he could have been, very well been sold off or might have few hundred million. Would be good to take advantage of this firesale. Let's see how low they are going to stoop. I will have money by wednesday morning and if bidwhackers are going to help us get some cheapies. When bid is 5x7, people bidwhacked and bought down the bid until efgi soaked up some 200 mil or something like that. Now that he is gone, NITE dropped the bid to 3 and ask 5. People started bidding at 3. I say that they might even bring the bid to 2 as DOMS showed a early sign of 2. I guess and hope that they would not try 2x3 box. But, just in case, keep some dry powder to take advantage if it ever reaches that point. I think Friday's are particularly good to take advantage of these sale events as people keep exiting for various stupid reasons. Well, I will wait and see how first three days of trading in this week goes and will jump in for 4 or 5 million more.
