cassie - a legal expert , what next - since when is a cc not an official communication ?? co's like INTC,MSFT and host of others have cc's at the mid/end of qtrs to give guidance and updates - don't know about jaded but you did say laughable awhile ago

Accusing the company of violating SEC rules and threatening prison time are pretty serious accusations and could get you in serious trouble.

How about if they announce during the webcast (afterhours) and issue a PR before the open the next day?

No one listening to the webcast has a true advantage because it is publicly disclosed before trading begins again.
