My apologies. I do not believe the word was meant to be 'spread around', leastways, not from what I originally understood.
If I am correct, McBeth seriously mishandled the whole situation, and now we have all kinds of unneccessary pumping and slamming/bashing.
Wilshire only wanted to first start with speaking to the bigger hitters, since they are not quite yet in the position to accomodate ALL shareholders.
My understanding is that they still have much to push through compliance, which means some individuals have 'jumped the gun' in this matter.
