he doesnt have a speech impediment imo. ive heard him speak when he was governor of texas and he was very articulate and not searching for the right words and getting tongue twisted in the moment. when people in leadership positions believe in what they are saying, they have no problem finding the words to express themselves. he is in over his head and quite possibly being medicated. thats my best observation and explanation for the change in his speaking skills. by the way, have you ever heard him speak when he is being truthful and candid and believes in whatever he is speaking about, its like night and day...he would make a good preacher..

Bush has shown no signs of belonging in that category. He speaks just fine about simple stuff and things he's had a chance to repeat often (bring the evildoers to justice) but totally loses it when he has to process unrehearsed data.

Does this look like a genius to you or does it look like a retarded fool who's trying but falls short?
