Tin: In a recent discussion with Robert... he indicated that they were required to either issue or register "the maximum number of shares as the lowest possible price". That's what I thought I heard anyway. Unfortunately, I was distracted at the time and didn't really understand the meaning or implications of this comment. Since many here have been following these financing/conversion issues more closely than myself perhaps this holds more meaning for them. Just wanted to pass it along.
