Here is an example: ILGY is listed on the Frankfurt exchange under I9E.F, and the last price is 0.001EUR – see

Here in the US this stock trades in the $0.0004–0.0006 range – see
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=ILGY.PK
However, when ILGY was first listed on the Frankfurt exchange it traded well above $0.001, FWIW.
