The company wants to trade on the Frankfurt exchange and it cannot do so at the current price. Any suggestion that the company wants to keep the price down makes no sense at all. They have been meeting their targets very well but trading in Frankfurt on May 15th. will be their missing of a date. They had also promised financials on May15th with an indication that it would be earlier. Only two days left.
