Sekrah...Your proof of dilution is your statement that "Short covering is done on the ask"? Do you have any other proof that the current trading is dilution? Do you ever use any technical analysis like charts? Do you ever evaluate accumulation/distribution? If this is your "use common sense" evaluation then it leaves much to be desired. Please post any proof of the past week or so being dilution by the company?
sekrah-- shorts cover where ever and whenever they can -- their "dirty " game is to cover as low as they can--and the bid is fine and that is where they try - since it is lower than ask [[common sense here ]]--- or even broker to broker -any way than can-as low as the can -- again just common sense as you pointed out---
