People are giving the "C" holders way to much power. They have none. If they wanted to destroy, take-over, mess with or just plain wreak havoc with SLS, don't you think they would have exercised that? They are at the mercy of Mr. Gott and whatever his team decides to do.
YOu might want to read through the entire agreement of the "C" holders. If they had all the "power", what are they waiting for??? 1-cent share prices?? They have done nothing since the share price was $4. What makes you think they can do anything now?
Relax, they are in the same boat as the rest.
