They could have sued the brokers and gotten their records instead, but congratualtions, they sued you instead.


so you admit somebody had to be sued?

the shareholders have more reason to make the data available faster than the brokers do..it's cheaper this way too.. the brokers could have stalled this for another couple years, and runup major legal fees..

Megas will have most of the statements from people that want this to trade ASAP.. and it's cheaper this way too..

war is hell. this is war...


and i don't expect to have to pay for court costs since i am innocent. :)
