YOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!It is my opinion, that insiders were approached sometime ago re to be bought out. They decided to change their stocks from preferrec to restricted, then dump their stock, then accept the buyout offer, which sharheolders will get screwed on because it will involve a new ceo, THAT MEANS A R/S! Doesnt matter what sandy said, when new MGgmt takes over, PEACE OUT!
