AQRO David Stocker shell: the way I read this 8K suggests that there are AT MOST 5M in the OS that are not tied up in Stocker's 930 Inc., LLC holding company ("930I").

According to the 8K, 930I was issued 10,000,000 shares (67%) of the OS in exchange for expense money to get the filings up-to-date, etc., then that leaves ~5M in the OS, which is very close to the ~4.9M OS reported on Feb. 12, 2003...and a float which is probably considerably less.

Any thoughts as to how AQRO compares to other shells and how long David Stocker's shells take to be cleaned up in preparation for a reverse merger?

I am new to shell stocks and want to learn more about how these play out as well as the prinicipals involved in their purchase & custodianship.
