No way will it stay under a penny because of the lawsuit. If anything, the lawsuit is a major plus here. The recovery and the ultimate victory will be icing on the cake. Briner and his clan should have to pay the legal fees when all is said and done.
Blackcat, i think you get it wrong. I think you are betting your growth of the company and PPS on this law suit. You should base the valuation on potential growth, the success of having 16 leagues going next year ... etc.
Lawsuit is valued at zero right now. When it happens and damages are collected, then it's a bonus. To me, this price is not figuring in lawsuit, or real potential yet.
