All of the companies used to do the illegal Texas 504s assets on the line. One of them has the Dallas lawyer Phillip Offill listed as the manager (Nexas Asset Holdings). He already has legal problems with the SEC. None of their group looks clean right now. He wasn't named so maybe he cut a deal. Briner's "pastor" and legal opinion letter writer, the former Texas Attorney McGeary could be in trouble too. I wonder if he has any money?
