They certainly sound interesting. I dont think OK District Court can touch them though. If he was serious and the charges had any weight he would of went through federal court IMO. This is a cheap intimidation ploy going through a LOCAL district court. Jurisdiction is still not clear but very relevant. All IMO of course.

...and so on? What a sloppy job Megas and his attorneys did.

Have you asked Megas why so many people who didn't get a summons did get the dismissal notice and the "offer" to surrender their shares? Why's Sytner on that second list?
