ok, so understandably getting the PDR exchange up and running is not an easy thing to do, and is taking more time then originally thought. My question is this: Why ask people to pull their stock certificates and send them? With the certificates no longer with respective brokers, and the PDR exchange not up and running, aren't the shares just dormant, meaning there isn't anything you can currently do with them? If, for some reason, the pps skyrockets, the people who sent their certificates would not be able to take advantage of it, or would they?
