Did they ever answer the questions from your e-mail?

I thought you talked to someone on the phone from NENG, but you were waiting on answers from an e-mail you sent them.

On the positive side there is no new info that is negative to the company, other than the law suit. But that law suit could be the reason for the additional decline. A lot of people view law suits against a company as negative, The facts in that letter are correct. The company didn't reveal they were in negotiations for a lesser contract, but the legal question would be whether or not they legally HAVE to reveal they are in negotiations for a lesser contract. It seems to me that contracts aren't final until they are final, and that companies do not reveal their contractual situation when it's in the process of still being negotiated. For this reason I think the suit has no merit, even though I would stand to benefit if it succeeds.
