i concur. seems the previous suit in OK that released the 200 M plus shares should have relieved the "counterfeit" issue. IMO if the FTD's and gigantic number of IOU's sitting in brokerage accounts were not a factor the DTCC would have "cleared" this for trading some time ago. obviously there seems to be a huge discrepancy and the DTCC is not having it.

Do you agree?
