The things you are neglecting to consider are:
1) How long do you have to wait for the price you expect?
2) Does everyone agree with your assessment of the company's future?
3) Just because the company sounds good, does that mean it won't be sort sold into the basement?
4) What if a lawsuit/corruption/dillution occurs?
Not everyone likes the same level of risk you like. We are talking about a pinksheet stock here, that is being run by some guys who keep a very tight lid on information about the company and what they are doing, in an industry that has much bigger competitors.
I don't get why you are so adverse to talking. It makes a person wonder why.
PS: From what I have heard, the company is not banking on the use of NuCap as a big part of their future, so don't base your decisions on that one product.
