Agreed. I wish I did as well. If there was any real offer on the table, why on earth would they be worried about mailing stock certificates? Is this turning into a scam. I certainly hope not.

You going to focus on the negative of nothing right now. They didn't PR the buyout, they PR'd the divi. Positive news regardless. Get over what ever other issue you have right now.
