My 2 cents. . .

I work for a public company in the custom homebuilding arena. We are opening a new Design Center in New Orleans. We too are renovating an existing building. We have our own in-house decorator, GC's etc. My role in the company has nothing to do with building, but I do know that we secured the lease in Dec of 2006 and the Design Center is still not completed. The sign alone will take 10-12 weeks to have built and installed, not to mention waiting on all of the vendors to install their components. We first wanted to open mid February, then it was the end of April and now we are not even speculating. It just takes time renovating an existing bldg and getting through the city bureaucracy.

IMO - load up while the stock price is sooooo low.
