Standby, something tells me that there is plenty to dispute and the mere fact that Rich is gone only means that the disputing evidence is what ever has been accumulated. I think the SEC has accumulated plenty. Also, as far as SEVU is concerned the records should be available.
The truth is there and I think you will find that the SEC didn't shut them down because there was not a material problem. Also, the SEC looked at the debenture deal and did not shut them down.
