Thanks, I get offended easily. I just don't understand this continued drop. Weeks ago every time the PPS dropped under $.40, the Hemi clan stepped up to keep it above .40. Have the Hemi clan run out of powder or lost the faith?
We will need awsome news, like bringing in that gas well to attract new members to the Hemi clan to move this north again. I feel it will happen by the end of May. I'm confident enough to sit on my shares.

Pink Elephant--AMEN! I agree completely with your post. The deluge and tornados have spurred the ARK building business, but not necessarily contributed to good drilling/producing conditions. The local roads are flooded...up to 6' at some low water crossings...even if they are able to produce oil under these conditions, I'm not sure they could get it to the market. If the flooding persists, and their storage tanks filled, they would have no alternative but to temporarily shut down the pumps until the tanks could be downloaded on to a truck and sold. There certainly is no drilling going on under these conditions...not even a 4 wheel, light weight truck or jeep can get through the mud that's there now.

But...all of those things are very temporary. Planning goes on, selling goes on, buying leases goes on...and the sun will rise tomorrow!

Just my thoughts,

You give the world a lot of credit. Most people are too lazy to do any serious research. Of course the land owners know that anyone wanting to lease the land and get the O&G out of the ground wants to make a profit. The only issue is that the land owners may not know how much O&G is in the ground because Keith has the reports. I do see your point but the land owners get a percentage based on negotiation. However in any negotiation you don't want to give away your hand and Keith is trying to keep it that way. But as far as everyone knowing so much about Hemi, I doubt it. They have the potential to research and find out but it's doubtful they would really spend too much time on it.
