Unfortunately, it comes down to perception that the insiders basically treat like it's their own private club, shareholders be damned. The problems with the IRS, etc., taking stuff under guise of business deductions apparently, all adds to the problem. It's a perception of a sleazey operation that does not help the stock price, as great as the club is.
