Send it as is.It is written direct and to the point, but done so in a manner that is not threatening.Sometimes it takes more than a subtle hint to get people off their ass and moving in the right direction. Unless there is some underlying reason brought on by the Co.as to why this will not appreciate in pps Pandey doesn't have much of a leg to stand on when you consider the concerns listed.Again my gut feeling is that Pandey has little or no regard for the retail shareholder, and has displayed this through his inability to effectively communicate newsworthy events with them. JMO.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think investors holding a $1000 worth of stock for a least a year qualifies them to be able to submit a shareholder proposal to be considered at the annual shareholder meeting. If nothing else we could "make them earn their money" by exercising our rights and having "several" shareholder proposals for them to review. Fox I would just would like to add that I appreciate the time and effort you have put in this.

I want my name included, but am having mixed emotions.

These men have taken an idea, and built it into a realization, I know how difficult that can be sometimes as I have built several businesses from the ground up and failed at some.

The difference here is that they are public and are very well paid. I believe that they have worked hard to get XKEM to where it is today, and probably are doing all they can right now, but there is some kind of a 'gag order' in place by soneone or some Government. This should not be! But they are in Nigeria!

If indeed they are being held back from releasing anything, or have a plan to release so much at one time that it is designed to break us out of this 'Chassman trap' , then to get this email would be troubling to say the least.

Perhaps we should let Mets have dinner with the good Dr Pandey first, get his report, then decide if we should send the email???

BTW...I have a hard time remembering what I did yesterday let alone August of 2006. But I do seem to recall that count of shares and also seem to recall feeling remarkably intimidated by the number of shares held by posters. I think I opted not to post my shares. There could be some if not many who feel the same way. I say "zero" fib factor. Let the current count stand as is...assume it is the truth.

Fox..... thats great. Took you a lot of time to do that. Thanks. I support all of it. It is quite long, and there are some more important mitems than others. Like getting rid of Burg. I would hi light some of the items. Or perhaps Prioritize certain items.
