These are the same filings that the same people have filed repeatedly for many months. The notification only enables them to sell if they elect to. It is not an offer of their shares at market. The proposed net is the shares multiplied by the market price at the time of filing.
I am sure that you missed this information that was discussed previously. This subject has been used several times by bashers to bolster their claim that the insiders are running away from the stock. There are no filings that lead me to believe that any insider has sold a large portion of their holdings.
If I had 100,000 shares at a cost of $.50 each, you would see my name there also. If the stock rebounds as most of us feel it will, profits could be taken. But, not without having filed the proposed sale beforehand.
