Nothing we did not already know, re MST...cash burn, need for more cash to get thru June.

There has to be a reason that they put this out--it is, for me, the worst statement I have ever read about TKO....hope you put the rest of it up, BTW.....

Everything that happens, is for reason, whether good or bad...so in thinking about WHY on this one....hmmm...IF RP was honest with us, about the numbers he has given already, publicly, for 2007, then the numbers in todays' report are being 'manufactured' to paint a gloomier picture, than what RP told us....which gets RP in big doo doo with the shareholders--heck we could take him to court! with no problem! IF the numbers in that report are now 'fact', because of some circumstance we have yet to learn about....well then...that is bad for us AS WELL AS RP....again, big doo doo in the courts.

I personally am swaying toward this being a personal attack on Pickett ....now he could sue...but if he is a stubborn as many have postured...there will be many who would/could be called to testify against him....whether they intended to participate in this debacle or not! And IF the intention is to suggest that Ron, as a manager, is detoying the comapny rather than growing it--perhaps the intent is to force TKO to replace Ron as CEO...fire him, or lay him off, or get someone else into his position that will have more savvy at working WITH people, in a co-operative way, rather than against them. Perhaps this is a ploy to get Ron out of TKO.
