We just crossed over a little while back from the pinks. Symbol was EVSA. Not sure about any $39 price. Don't think is was the same company. This is a start up here.

$39 was the high of .13 prior to the 300 - 1 RS that went through after the uplisting to the OTCBB from the pinks last month.

This company has been in the environmentally friendly cleaning products business for years and the old owner was a chemist apparently, who was skilled at making a decent product, but was not business savvy.

The company had a manufacturing plant on the East coast and another on the west coast, but the current majority shareholder, Brian Kuskie, bought the company off the old owner.

Since then, he has cleaned the operation up and shut down the manufacturing plants in the US and is instead getting product manufactured by Anscott Chemical.

We have been told to expect shareholder update(s) 30 days after the RS and Cusip change, which took place on 26th of April.

I have my eyes peeled for W/C the 28th of May.

Brian has been close with his timings in the past, but we should give an extra few days leeway if the dates are a little off. He was only three days out with the effective date of the RS and symbol change, which isn't bad.
