Go back and read it. How can Markle represent individuals associated with the wrong company on the lawsuit. Why do you guys have such a hard time understading this. The company they need to sue has never received the paperwork from the lawyers so how can individuals defend themselves when the "REAL" company has not released any doc.s to Markle for the lawsuit, and once again why have they not released the requested info for the lawsuit.....BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PAPERWORK FROM DRAGO'S LAWYERS YET. THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THE BOTTOM OF THAT SHEET YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY DID SEND IT TO THE COMPANIES LAWYERS IN CHICAGO.
