who those shares were sent to ("the Arabs") and where the shares are today is a mystery. we don't know what "Arabs" the cert was sent to. we know it was sent out of Nevada and "the company" tried to increase the A/S by 50 million shares to cover it but stockholders found out and the cert was taken out of the A/S because "the company" said it would not increase the A/S.

what about the 50 million certificate that reduced the O/S?
