They can't sell anyway...From the PRE 14C...the shares have been approved...but won't be adopted for at least 20 days...I'd expect them to file a DEF 14C for final adoption...

FWIW last week the TA reported a 500K increase of the TLBT OS to 10.6M...Last Friday 200K crossed AH...and Monday 3 100K blocks traded...Only a total of $25K in trade...but it might bring some needed liquidity to the stock...
