AATK - It's a nice story and I've been adding for over a month now. Looks like the proxies are getting voted, and the CFO is indeed expecting quorum to ratify the merger. Nice to see the price tick up the past two days.

I'm banking they will do the 1:6 split (max allowed in proxy) to cover any hassles on the pps being over $4, IAW nas rules.

Its a good deal, imo- once the M&I management take control. What I've found on the M&I biz has been positive, imo. Also, this merger has been draining on the focus of the company for almost a year now

Good to know a couple VMC'ers are in on it.
