Actually the OSC is part of the Canadian government. Such matters are regulated on the province level (~ state to Americans) and Sulja is in Ontario so the Ontario Securities Commission is the Regulatory agency in charge. The Canadian government is as deeply involved with Sulja as they could be, OSC, RCMP, you can bet Canada Customs and Revenue has a very close eye also.
