I don't know why he didn't just start a Federal court. May be a money issue, or just needed to find the true share count, many reasons i suppose. Were not even really sure why he has done what he has. However,I have faith that this is being done to get this trading, otherwise I truly believe it would die on the vine and the brokers would win again when Megas folded his hand. You play poker? If so, you know what I mean. Megas is tired of seeing everyone fold there hands and never seeing the dealers (brokers) hand. I respect him for this. I am not happy about the Summons either. But at this point I believe it had to happen to possibly get trading. Otherwise we are on IHUB BCIT site for 20 more years wondering if Megas is even alive and crying because he did not try anything. HE IS TRYING AND I AM NOT CRYING. TEX, if you don't have the same faith as most on this site, then I truly am sad for you, but then you certainly have that right to not trust Megas. Its a CHOICE you make. But please don't try to bring everyone else down to your point of your displeasure. Most are happy something is happening after 20 months. YES, EVEN TO THE POINT OF BEING SUMMONED UNDER THIS SITUATION. I really do hope you are not losing sleep over this, if so, I am truly sorry. :( Good day, partner
