Same here with Scottrade, will let you roll the sale one time until it clears. This is on an IRA account.

Left Etrade because they stopped doing it even once, and caught me by surprise.

However, with Scottrade any stock price under $1.00 costs $7 plus 1/2 of 1% which can add up on true penny stocks.

I have both Scottrader and Scottrade Elite (Level II). Scottrader is very good for being free with a $500 account.
