as i said? i don't LIKE it either, but i did nothing wrong, and i am not fearful that i will be penalised. if i am? i will fight that fight when we get to it..
i suspect there was not much else Megas could do.. nobody else has been successful YET...
in the meantime? re-read your list of defendants.. i've been repeating this for two weeks and nobody seems to be doing it..there's more than "innocent" shareholders on there... alot more... the judge will be able to see the difference...
