i agree the suit is ridiculous, but it is a path to discovery, and?

there are names on the defendant list that are in the position to KNOW what shares went where.. the clearing houses have the trade routing data...


i'm not the one at etrade that wrote the letter to shareholders saying they had 205's... but it was posted here... ask Art or F1fans...
