matrix TDW canada has a letter for to exchange shares for Feb 14 2007 with 205 cusip## and the DTC would not allow it

Matrix, enjoy many of your posts (as I may have said before), but not following you here: don't see a contradiction between brokers not following through ("brokers never did it") and one broker's attempt to communicate... ("etrade even wrote some letters...")
